Thank you for exploring Xcellence Global Christian Leadership Institute. We are excited that you are here. My heart is for God's people. I have seen how my spiritual, personal, and professional life changed by listening to the voice of God. The matriculation of education has been one of the greatest assets that prepared me to fulfill my life's purpose. Today, I have impacted the lives of thousands through humanitarian efforts, and business acumen to become a global agent of change in the world. My heart's desire for you is, if God did it for me, he will also do it for you. Welcome to our family!
Dr. Angella Banks affectionately known as "DrA" is a visionary leader known for DREAMING BIG! Her charismatic personality and chameleon approach to transition in and out of many industries, businesses, and communities keeps her in high demand.
Her works are accredited for transforming the lives of 1000s through her non-profit organization, Xcellence, Inc., her books, speaking events, educational programs, and spiritual insight. She is described as relentless in her approach to helping others step outside the box to live a life of purpose.
Faced with the decision to pursue a dream or continue a 16-year successful career in insurance and banking, she opted to follow her God-given dream. Today, she holds a combined 27+ years in financial, business, and community leadership. She is a 2022 Presidential Lifetime Achievement, Global Leadership, and Influencer Award recipient.
She is also a licensed insurance agent, and is currently in Phase 3/4 development phase of starting, "Xcellence Leaders Federal Credit Union." On August 18, 2023, she opened the first Xcell4life Multiplex in Tennessee.

Our Xcellence, Inc.'s Mission
Xcellence, Inc. focuses on three strategic areas of community leadership through development, empowerment, and promotion of leaders. We use our online educational platform of Xcellence Leadership University to help develop and train leaders to reach their greatest potential and transform communities abroad. We empower through our Xcellence Leadership Coaching firm with certified coaches, and we promote community leadership through our Xcellence Community Magazine, available online and print.

We are committed to grassroots initiatives to find and fill the needs of communities and its leaders. We believe that as we develop leaders, we empower them to become the best version of themselves and achieve their dreams and purpose in life, thereby having an indirect impact on the communities economic development, and long-term sustainability.
